Forfina consulted on the design concept for a bakery in Wilmette, Illinois with celebrated pastry chef, Jenny McCoy. An ice cream parlor flanks the bakery on one side and a soda shop is on the other. Famed restaurant group Ballyhoo, has selected a diner theme for these three complimentary spaces. Nestled in the heart of a picturesque suburb that is just twenty minutes from Chicago, this trio of offerings will provide a on-stop shopping haven that will satisfy cravings for any time of day. The triplex enhances the neighborhood vibe, offering a much needed post-pandemic destination for locals to meet up and socialize.
