Our collaborative  process begins with a consultation.  this includes the forfina team visting your home or space and listening to your needs and ideas that wish to accomplish in accordance with. your budget. 

Once we reach a mutual understanding of our goals and how deep in  detail you need to go catch the eye of your savviest buyers, our team will map out a plan with financials by room, Because Forfina is a design driven studio as well, realtors or developers can request lighting, flooring, & hardware sourcing to be completed as well as a  service.

After the plan is approved, we will create a presentation by room with a reference images of the space for your review.  including exteriors if needed.  We incorporate lighting, textures, and other imperative visual elements into our previews.  we want our clients to know exactly what they will be receiving with our services, to insure transparency through the process.

ALL Pieces arrive and are installed by our delivery service.  we will handle styling of your space. Forfina strives to maintain clear communication regarding delivery windows, which contractors will be in your space and when we will need access to the space. This means that you will never receive notifications of missed deliveries or short notice communication surrounding access to your property.
